How We Work
InYourGame.com connects you with experts to help you with dating, relationships or your sex life. When you're ready, you can select an expert and decide to contact them via live chat, email or phone.
Below are instructions for each contact method, explaining how they work in detail:
- Online Chat - Once you find your expert, click the "Contact Live" button. If you are not registered yet, please register at this time: it's simple and there's no obligation. You'll then need to provide credit card details, but don't worry, your card will not be charged at this stage. Next click on "Start Session." There is no special software required so your chat session will begin right away in "Free Mode." Once your expert responds, you can click the "Hire Expert" button at any time to begin the paid session. If the expert is unavailable, the following message appears: "Sorry! This expert is not available at this time." If you wish, you can send the expert an email inquiry by clicking the blue "start an E-mail Session" icon.
- Email - To receive advice the e-mail, you will first need to register and create a new account. Don’t worry, registration is completely free. Once you are signed up, select the expert of your choice, and click the “Send E-mail” button. Then, send your e-mail to your expert. You can expect to receive a reply within 24 hours which will go to your mailbox. In addition, each time an expert sends you a message we’ll send you a notice to the e-mail address you register.
- Phone - To begin speaking to an expert on the phone, look for experts with a small phone icon above the “Contact Live” button. While our service designed to be as flexible as possible, some of our experts are not always available via phone. To view only phone-enabled experts, choose “Phone Experts” from the drop down “Sort By” menu. To begin talking to your expert on the phone, dial the 800 number provided and enter your session code. After a short pause you’ll be connected with your expert and will have an opportunity to speak with them free of charge to determine if they are the right fit for your needs. Once you’re confident in their ability to assist you, press your phone’s star key, or click the “Hire” button in the session window.
